Wife Trouble With Delusional Sex Act

When a husband cheats on his wife, she becomes troubled as she sees delusions of her husband having sex with the adulteress.

1. Wife suffers from delusion every time she has sex with her husband.

She feels sexually strong and feels orgasm multiple times. However, this orgasm is from the jealousy towards the adulteress.
